| Unlike girls trying to model, your body doesn't matter much. There are very few girls with a models build, but almost any 6 ft - 6' 4" guy can go to the gym and get a models body. | the nec projector has a 2.4-2.5 lens. divide the throw distance 11 feet by 2.4 to get the screen width, in this case around a 4.5 foot wide image. you'll find better deals on ebay, but bear in mind the lamp life/cost of relamping. we've bought 8 projectors from ebay for less than $200 each (shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=… with no problems. make sure that the cable box you have has an internal tuner, and the projector has the ability to accept the cablebox's output (hdmi, svideo, composite, etc). as for screens a flat white wall will work just fine until you can afford a real screen or you might locate screen fabrics on the net (cgi.ebay.com/Da-Lite-9x12ft-Fastf… for as little as $10. |

| Sometimes we may not understand it, but there is a reason for everything that happens in this crazy world. In the moment though it seems so unheard of.. even insane to do some things we do, but if we follow our hearts we never mis-step we move closer to our goals. When I was 18 I graduated high school and not long after that met a new boyfriend from work. Well a month later I was pregnant and my family kicked me out. I was facing some hard choices but something kept telling me to be at peace. When I went for the blood test the doctor who was administering it asked me what I was going to do. I said I didn't know. He wanted to remind me I had options other than abortion (which was never an option for me) We breifly talked about adoption and I left the office. That night it all just came to me. I called the doctors office and told him I wanted he and his wife to adopt my baby. I had never met him before in my life but my heart told me that this was the right move. I met with them and over the next few months bonded with them. Long story short they care for my son who just turned 11 years old! They had had three failed adoptions before meeting me and now they have 4 guyren by adoption (different parents). I look back now and am humbled to be a part of such a miracle. Life, God, "the powers that be" what ever you call it. Something greater than me took what everyone thought was "my mistake" and used his life to complete someone's family. My little boy was the answer to someone's heart torn prayers. I am just in awe that I could be used in that way. Now that I am older and my life is more stable, I kiss my 6 year old son on the forehead everynight. And we talk about one day meeting his older brother. So you see there will always be another show, shoot, video, job. But there will be one sigular chance to take part in this miracle. Don't blow it for selfish reasons. It is not the end of the world but honey...it might just be the begining. |
